Data will be handled for the connected purpose, as foreseen by the laws in force, in particular to make it possible to supply services and obligations foreseen.
By the handling of personal data we mean any operation or group of operations aimed at collecting, recording, organising, preserving, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, inter-connecting, blocking, communicating, cancelling and destroying said data. Personal data supplied can only be communicated to associated or controlled companies and third party computer data management companies, or public and private Entities to fulfil foreseen obligations.
The data will be handled using instruments and modes that guarantee its confidentiality, integrity and availability, respecting what is defined in Enclosure B - "Technical discipline on minimum safety measures". Said data will be kept for the length of time specified by law. 
We would like to inform you that art.7, fully included below, gives you certain data handling rights including the right to oppose handling, fully or partially. However, a refusal could stop the drawing up and execution of what is contained in the service agreement and relative fulfilments. You can however contact the treatment Owner to exercise said rights. 
Art. 7 Right to access personal data and other rights
The interested party has the right to confirmation that said personal data concerning him/her exists or not, even if not yet recorded, and it being communicated in an understandable manner.
The interested party has the right to indications on:
a) the origin of said personal data;
b) treatment purpose and mode;
c) the logic used if said data is handled
